Ensuring all Support Workers and Nurses have the appropriate experience and knowledge to provide care with respect and dignity, we will meet robust compliance, appropriately train our team in the necessary specialist and mandatory skills. Staff will have regular and consistent competency checks, and support.

We aim to work with and listen to our Service Users and their stakeholders to engage in a collaborative person centred care plan. The care plan will be a working document with clear agreed Service User personal outcomes. The Service User pathway will include positive and manageable achievable goals, with person centred care at the heart, helping the Service User and their stakeholders facilitate the Service User in their ‘best life’

As a provider we will maintain best practice and professionalism at all times, learning from all challenges that may present. We will endeavour to work proactively with a duty of candour, encourage preventative, (as opposed to reactive) open and honest approach to working, however in the event of a complaint or safeguarding our team will manage as a priority, sharing experiences to ensure we are learning and amending practice if and where required. CQC, the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. CQC make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and we encourage care services to improve. CQC register health and adult social care services that meet the ‘fundamental standards’ of quality and safety. Before a care provider can carry out any of the activities that CQC regulate, they must register and satisfy them that they will be able to meet a number of legal requirements, including the fundamental standards on the next page. Activities CQC regulate include the treatment, care and support provided by hospitals, GP practices, dental practices, ambulance services, care homes and home-care agencies.
